Our recruits are carefully chosen for their positive attitude, enthusiasm and strong people-skills. We welcome starters from all walks of life, good communicators who are motivated by helping others and being team-players. Independence and impartiality is important to us, so we don’t recruit anyone with a sales background.
Every trainee adviser undergoes a four-month induction before taking their first solo customer call. This gives them time to hone their market knowledge and learn essential skills from our experienced advisers. Also, we have a chance to assess their potential and ensure they live up to our values. Only then do our trainees become customer-facing Right to Health advisers.
